1966: Rollin Full marched in to Herb Kelleher's law business office with a plan to start a low-cost/low-fare airline that will shuttle travellers between San Antonio, Based in dallas, and Harrisburg. Thought of this idea because businessmen were complaining about the commute.
1967: Kelleher submitted papers to incorporate the new aircarrier and published an application towards the Texas Airline Commission pertaining to the new organization to provide Dallas, Houston, and San Antonio.
